There is a link regarding an October 10 FDA "consultation meeting" to address "considerations and challenges in establishing and conducting a process that will be useful to both the patient community and FDA."  There is a link to the Federal Regsitry information on this meeting and instructions to contact PatientFocused@fda.hhs.gov for information to participate.  I believe that remote web access is possible.
